At Theory Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unassembled products in their original packaging. Please note that skateboards cannot be returned once they have been gripped or skated.

Verify Condition

Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, including original tags and packaging; decks must still be in shrink wrap and apparel must be unwashed.

Initiate Request

Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse via your preferred carrier.

Receive Refund

Once our shop staff inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
