How much does shipping cost for skateboards?

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, and free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Can I return a deck if I have already applied grip tape?

No. For safety and resale reasons, we can only accept returns on decks that are in their original shrink wrap and have not been gripped or assembled.

Do you offer professional assembly for completes?

Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can request free assembly in the order notes and we will ship it ready-to-ride.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free installment options like Afterpay and Shop Pay.

What should I do if my board arrives damaged?

Please inspect your gear immediately upon arrival. If there is shipping damage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
